Partners for business, industry and government compliance.
Australian workplaces across all industries are being challenged with an ever changing and often complex regulatory, legislative and cultural landscape that can be difficult to navigate. Penalties for non-compliance are increasing and the significant financial and reputational costs cannot be overstated.
With extensive experience in Industrial & Workplace Relations, Human Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Change Management and Organisational Structures, Workplace Compliance Australia provides businesses with practical support designed to achieve compliance whilst maintaining productivity and alignment with organisational culture.
Workplace Compliance Australia works with businesses to identify compliance requirements and how these can be satisfied within existing frameworks and structures, leading to more efficient, reliable and long term results. We respect the need to comply with the laws of the land but also understand that a one size fits all approach is not the solution.
Through engagement with your staff, external advisors, government regulators and other key stakeholders we are able to present solutions that allow you to keep doing what you do best with confidence and peace of mind.
About
Workplace Compliance Australia was established by Ben Young after recognising the enormous regulatory and compliance challenges facing businesses throughout Australia.
Having completed an MBA with honours at the University of Queensland along with undergraduate qualifications in business, economics, and psychology; Ben combines a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge with 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit and construction sectors.
As a current director of both the Shake It Up Australia Foundation and Hutchinson Builders, Ben remains at the coal face and appreciates the need for timely and practical solutions.
The approach taken by the Workplace Compliance Australia team can be best described as a partnership model. We achieve enhanced outcomes by working with businesses to understand their operations and to tailor solutions unique to the specific circumstances.
